What's the point of the death penalty?

by Deaulivery 3. October 2009 07:20

When it comes to sentencing someone, even to a death penalty, we can't deal the eternity cards, instead, we can deal them a prolongued visual of what hell means, of what not being able to be fully dead means, of what it truly means to not rest in peace, as it is written in the Book of Life.

This may help the bad people tune into the torment of hell, and then tune out of it, landing on a better and more humane path.

Some of us have experienced hell out there in the war zones, while some have experienced it in our schools, churches, parks, streets, homes.

Think about the victims of a mined field, about the ones who lose limbs, because of someone's anger comes in the shape of a weapon that's constantly being used against you and against your friends, think about the victims of rape, the ones that are silent and cannot even scream out or talk to any one in their lives because of fear, fear that it can be used against them, or have themselves being pointed out as the extreme, the fragile, the ones that gone through something so shameful they cannot share with others.

But you know what? Sometimes, the silent ones are the ones that help others through with their ordeal, sometimes they are the minority which exemplifies inspiration and counseling, and are the aid, not a weapon, but an aid to those who seek a friend because something similar has or is about to happen to them.

Do we actually listen to ourselves? Are we actually looking around us for any good people? Do we see them, or are they hidden through the bad crops of our society, so much that we cannot trust anyone anymore?!

It is all about the mind!
If our society is to prevail, if our lives are to be prosperous and fruitful and be able to multiply, if our friends should really amount to be numerous and side with wisdom, stand beside us in councelling, and for us to count on them through trustworthiness, then those bad crops need to get a true visual in their mind of what they really did... of what kind of seed they developed throughout their lives thus far. It is them who should account for the pain and the suffering, the uselessness, the emptiness, the sadistic ways in which they treated someone else, so much that it was called... a crime.

Misdemeanor after misdemeanor, little crimes which later produced bigger crimes, which later came close to producing death, even had produced death in many cases, must be included in the torment of the mind, torment of their emotions, torment of their souls.

Out of this, a better person should emerge, a rose rather than a thorn in our society should be able to come out of this darkness. Death is darkness, and it is an eternal struggle to realize that what they did, caused consequences, not only in the lives of those who they have hurt, even tormented in some cases but in their own lives.

Not letting love in, meant not letting understanding in, dealing, thus, a card to eternal torment made in Hell.
Not letting wisdom in, meant not letting knowledge in, dealing, thus, another card to eternal torment made in Hell.

It is important for a society to not let people arrive to the point of where they would have to be sentenced to a death penalty, but to show them what those cards of loneliness, of emptiness, of pain, of suffering, of feeling useless, of feeling sadistic and, ultimately, feeling guilty really means!!

From the Bible's Book of Revelation 21:8:

"But cowards, those who refuse to believe, who do evil things, who kill, who sin sexually, who do evil magic, who worship idols, and who tell lies, all these will have a place in the lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”

Ultimate Tweet Experience

by Deaulivery 10. September 2009 08:30

Being active on Twitter, having seen the ups and downs, its experience is not really the ultimate experience. This is why I'm introducing the UTE (Ultimate Tweeting Experience)!

This will be an application that will focus on tweets. People's personalities and creativity will come shining through their daily tweets. One moment they can have a new background (about 600x80) and the next minute you can see their special tweet box show up with a new background not less!

But this is not all: the all-in-one tweeting rectangular box should include previews of your twitpic or twitvid or twit url (safer for anyone fearing they'll click on a wrong, malicious web site). Hash tags and just tags (tag your tweet) could help describe and place your tweets, thoughts, words, messages under a specific trending topic.

For the #UTE ultimate tweet experience, you are invited to view this screenr: http://screenr.com/0j8  I just made.

Twitter should be about words, ultimately.

Humans As Angels Widgetized

by Deaulivery 27. August 2009 04:43

I've added "Humans As Angels Bill" as a widget on KyssViium's "I-Deau" tab. You can view it down below, if you happen to be inside this tab and reading this. Let me know what you think about the proposed bill.

An "Angelship" is associated with this proposed bill, although it's not published widely at this time. Should this bill actually catch motion, then everyone can take the Angelship and start being devoted to doing a respective job or service for the persons who need it.

About Branding and Inspiration

by Deaulivery 13. August 2009 07:33
Branding... What if a writer would come up with a catchy word, add some design to it and then trademark it!
Branding... What if I could combine my Tailor-Scripted™ (or have Tailor-Scripted™ actually create this catchy, glitzy word or expression after all, then combine it with) with a Namethyzed™!?

Imagine the various cigarette packs, the many drinks, the chocolate bars, the tea bags, and so on. What do they have in common?
Branding... Brand names adorned with a great design, all to make it more appealing to us. There is one thing, though: I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol, but I do drink fruit beverages or tea or sodas or water, and I do eat chocolate... And how about ice cream? You definitely would like some of that, too, I bet! The makers of such food, drinks, even items, they entice us with their outside appearance so we could crave for them in the inside. But there's one more thing that, subconsciously, I am counting, and many of you might have the same trait...

  Inspiration!

Every brand name must look good, so good that its color, shape and name itself must appeal to the potential client. But what about being inspired by the very design of a respective brand? Color and shape certainly inspire. Music inspires, come to think of it. So what about the art of writing? Have we, humanity itself, ever made something out of words?

Have we ever fought wars because of bad words, or lack of, because of misunderstanding and no inspiration whatsoever? Yes, unfortunately. Have we ever come up with a small inspiration, capitalizing on what we feel after seeing a word, a beautiful word, a motivating one, a spectacular one? No, unfortunately. Such roses blossom from within us, but we keep them hidden in our boddies instead of creating a work of art around us just by speaking them out. I'm talking about beautiful and inspiring words... the beautiful roses that incite greatness, thankfulness or just bring some attention into the eyes, or the heart of the beholder.

Namethyzing is the art of playing with a name, forming words out of the root of a person's name, endearing it through suffixes, sometimes prefixes, dipping it in a bowl of indulgence. It's like playing with someone's hair, I always thought (see the Deaulivery animated series I made, episode 2), but with words.

Tailor-Scripted is an initiative of mine that is, essentially, the art of writing a poem that suits you, one tailored after your requests, your imagination, your desires or your convictions.

Combining Namethyzed™ with Tailor-Scripted™ would bring a special word that would spur our imagination on, forming a froth of a dream and would, thus, guide our inspiration thru to creating something or working in a more passionate or relaxing environment, depending on the mood that the special word (or expression) entices you in a poetic and natural manner. More importantly, it can also help your conversation with someone, or improve your vocabulary.

If the inspiration is there, it can be found in the shape of a decoration. If a decoration is more than just a boring item, it means that it is penned with a real word. Should a real word inspire you, then it is like a tattoo on a real thing, and not on you. The real canvas is in front of us, and it should look truly meaningful, much more special than a piece of wood, more like a small pad on which sentiments are placed, feelings are created and deliberations are given with a deeper sense of meaning.

D'eauliverated, rD'eaun ©
The image is based on my D'eaulivery and rD'eau words.
The two words interweave in such manner that it forms the phrase:
"I feel as if delivered in the fluvial ardor of the dawn!"

Generating inspiration is what branding should be all about. It is someone's perspective that entices someone else, but it is also that form of art we need which resembles a piece of furniture or adornment item in order to keep our feelings afloat, and not our temptation satisfied.

Branding equals Inspiration. Inspiration plus Decoration equals Creation.

Wed and Win

by Deaulivery 12. August 2009 02:05

The following clip from my youtube showcases a special short animation that I've made today, and it features 2 characters in a sort of poetic exchange about how they met and a little about the excitement regarding their upcoming wedding.

Please see it here. You can subscribe there for more upcoming series, songs, poetry and interviewes in the future.

Divorce, who do you look like and why are you in our minds?

by Deaulivery 12. August 2009 00:03

After 14-18 years, if you think about divorcing, try looking at your kids, as they are the evidence that withstood, not just the test of times but the tests of your own togetherness time after time. In fact, they are the thesis of your existence year after year.

The kids are the spitting image of your reactions, your feelings and your, once, endeavors. Take a look at a photo of your children and try to bind memories together, try to see things through possibilities' eyes, through dreams' eyes and through reality's eyes... You will see that whatever you lay on the table, the child picks up and is, thus, an evidence of your relationship.

Divorce looks like nothing, bears detachment, not a love attachment, it is stripped bare of recognition for creation, and it embodies singularity in a world of plurality.

If you still think about divorce, then try and see what you can draw.

Will the evidence pad have you design a child that is the opposite of your dreams? No, because whatever the kids may decide in the future, your seeds were God's blessed seeds, future seeds that were initiated by you, seeds that could take on the mantle of fruitfulness and multiplication one day.

Will the evidence pad also have you design a child that is the opposite of possibilities? In this case, maybe. It is because  possibilities are endless, but there is one fact that cannod be denied: you embodied your kids' possibilities with a combined shap eof your attributes.

Lastly, will the evidence pad have you design a child that is the opposite of reality itself? No, because destiny locks reality in your hearts, and, for every argument you ever had with your spouse, there was, is and always will be a solution colored with love. Love may not have any color on the outisde, but on the inside, the traits of creation, wisdom and knowledge bear millions of colors... we can feel the anger, but we could also find peace; we could fuel the tensions, but we can also rely on our soulful strings.

Be it different strokes or various strings, we can always go back to our first time together and say that whatever happens now, it never happened in the beginning. There was a reason we married in the first place, and the creation of a child reflected that reason and many reasons after as depicted in the river of creation, i.e. the child.

Children are our future. Let us not ruin the design we have once started, let us follow God's creations, rather than our own egos, and paint a smile on our kids as well as listen to our kids who can and will be planting many moments of happiness in our lifetime still.

Don't look in the mirror, just look in your children's eyes: you will see the past grown up in a gifted present.

The iD'eau on Twitter

by Deaulivery 9. August 2009 17:03

The iD'eau now has its own official Twitter name.

The correct spelling is above, however, be it that Twitter doesn't allow apostrophes (neither do websites), I chose i-deau for the blog name here and "TheIDeau" for the twitter site.

ID-eau just wouldn't cut it because of the English-French spelling of it. As well, idea u wouldn't cut it either, The I of water is its exact delivery, as explained among the first posts I did on this blog.

Basically, The iD'eau is a water delivery which comes from me (it could come from you, as "from me" is a generally-speaking term). I wish such device would exist, but until then, I certify it as my official creation and personal venture.

Pets-o-Nette

by Deaulivery 6. August 2009 11:53

My current animated series reflects on the pets discussing the Internet+Computer definitions. You could clearly deduce from the dialogues that their knowledge is much inferior than that of humans. I always add a bit of humor to my movies, and I try to keep the viewer informed, not only entertained. I always keep them guessing and try building an imaginative perspective with you all with a G-rating type.

This is where the first in the series is located.

While here you can view the second in the Pets-o-Nette series.

All the best till my next post!

Letters Inspiration

by Deaulivery 25. July 2009 07:08

As I am continuously inspired by anything, my pouring damson style sometimes turns up some designs... like the ones below... based on letters.

Letter U Chair by Damsi of Kyss Viium <> Letter D Sofa by Damsi of Kyss Viium

I have also written in the past a kind of theatrical dedication to a couple of classic actors and singers (Doris Day, Aaliyah, etc.), and I imagined that the stage also had letters based decor.

Writing has always been an encompassing art, and coming up with ideas or dedications is what accompanies the words as they march on to a main plot.

You can find more of my past poetic arrangement on the page at this web site.
Please experience it with Internet Explorer if you want to move around the images or other furniture on display Cool

Suggested a new word on Twitter

by Deaulivery 13. July 2009 04:02

I was originally thinking of a word which would be the first of its kind to come from twitter into the mainstream vocabulary, but I suggested, first and foremost, "Twithreeing" (while twittering, users include all 3 Twitter-specifics within their 140 characters posts, i.e. RT... @user... #hashtag

The original word I was thinking of would have been twithreeing but with the meaning of doing, not just 2 things at once but 3, one of which would have included twittering. I think the submitted meaning of the word is more plausible, however, I am still thinking about the second meaning of it.

In French, "Twitroisé" would be the submitted word's meaning, if you would be a French speaker. In another language, taking Romanian, for example, you would say "Twitreia", but Twitreiera would bear the meaning of browsing around Twitter (a cutreiera, originally meaning to roam around or to scour a place in English).

Getting back to analyzing the 2nd paragraph here, I would say I am leaning towards "multwithreeing", kind of like multhreetasking, if there was ever such word uttered in the English vocabulary. Sounds like a 1-2-3 act, this multwithree word, does it not?

Song featuring Ideaurival

by Deaulivery 8. July 2009 07:23

Officially, the "ideaurivalry" expression does not have a song; unofficially, I came up with a song which has "ideaurival" word in it.

Since this is the I-Deau blog, I will reveal the chorus immediately below. However, since the rDeau is the more poetic blog that I have, I will reveal more of the song/poem over there.

"       ... My best friend forever!

(She came and took exception)
Always marveled at our talk and kiss!
My wish is for your exception's mind to remain at sea,
And for the might of your love to come back to me,
While your friendly scent is still here at large.

Maybe should have ideaurivaled
"Friend first, lover second" policy."
